DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We sincerely apologize if you have received a defective item.
Please notify us by email immediately with a description of the issue and photo(s).
Depending on the situation we will gladly sort out the best solution to fix or replace the entire item or defective component(s).

GENERAL RETURNS

You may return eligible products for a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and restocking fee.

  • You must request a return within 14 days from receipt of your order by emailing us.
  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. 
  • Made to Order, Sale items and Customized order items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return requests received within 7 days of delivery:

  1. Please notify us by email with your intent to return. Please provide your original order details and reason for return.
  2. Products must be in original, unused condition and packed in all the original packaging.
  3. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for the item you wish to return.
  4. Any original shipping and duties and/or other landed costs are non refundable.
  5. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the item’s purchase price on any applicable refund.
  6. Goods received not in good condition will not be eligible for refund.
  7. Refunds are issued via the original payment method and may take 7 days to appear once processed.

Return requests received 8-14 days from delivery:

  1. Please notify us by email with your intent to return. Please provide your original order details and reason for return and we will confirm the return address to use.
  2. Products must be in original, unused condition and packed in all the original packaging.
  3. All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If you are located outside of Canada you must declare the return shipment as $10 to avoid any Canadian duties/fee’s charged on the return (if you fail to do this any import fees will be deducted from your refund). It is recommended that you use a service with tracking. Object Interface is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen during transit. EXCHANGES

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged due to our error.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations for orders of items that have not yet shipped or that are on backorder will be accepted. Cancellation is not possible once an item has already shipped. Special Order, made to order, and/or customized order items cannot be cancelled.

WARRANTY

We offer a two year warranty on all Object/Interface products.

Object/Interface warrants that under normal use and in accordance with the user/installation instructions and taking into account the product specifications the goods shall at the time of delivery to Buyer and for a period of 24 (twenty four) months from the date of delivery, be free from defects in material or workmanship and shall conform to the product specifications.
